i almost considered giving a good review, but the stale cigarette smell in my ‘non-smoking’ room was unbearable. i also expected a mini-bar for cold drinks, but it was nowhere to be found. the noise from the hall woke me too early, as if i’m supposed to enjoy my stay half asleep. definitely not what i had in mind!

The location of Grimm'S Berlin Mitte is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Spittelmarkt U-Bahn station. This made it super easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in a modern style, with a comfortable bed that allowed for restful nights. I loved the fairytale theme throughout the hotel. it added a unique charm. The breakfast options were decent, but I felt there could be more variety. One downside was the wifi. the signal was weak in my room, forcing me to go into the corridor for a reliable connection. Overall, the stay felt cozy, and the staff were welcoming. Just a few improvements could make it even better, especially regarding wifi and breakfast variety.
